Application Documents
A properly filled application form obtained from IFAMTECH site or online.
2 recent passport sized photographs.
Photocopy of National Identity card.
Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Photocopy of GCE Advance Level Certificate or Baccalaureate or equivalent.
For ND programs: photocopy GCE Ordinary Level Certificate or CAP or equivalent.
For degree students only: a copy of HND results transcript or its equivalent.
Other Requirements Per School
